Sponsor a CYO Teen

St. Benilde CYO is an active ministry within the parish. Teens 8-12th grade participate in various formation, service, and fun events throughout the year. 

Each month there is a Friday Night Holy Hour & Social where our teens pray before our Eucharistic Lord in the St. Benilde Divine Mercy Adoration Chapel. Following Adoration we gather to socialize while enjoying snacks and games. 

Another core event each month is our Rooted and/or Sunday Formation Nights. If you are unfamiliar with Rooted, this is the St. Benilde parish wide formation program that runs from September/October to May/June depending on the year. All are welcome to participate regardless of age. Our CYO teens gather at least one Sunday a month to dive deeper into our Catholic faith through games, speakers, small groups, and fellowship. 

Each month there is another opportunity for teens to gather for either retreat/formation, fun activities like Tunica Falls Hiking Trip or Bogue Chitto Tubing Trip, or service events like Rose Rally, A Night in Bethlehem, or serving at Supper & Substance, the Gala, or other ministry events.

These sponsorships will benefit families in need of assistance for CYO retreats and off-campus events. Please consider making a donation through the online form below. Donations can also be dropped off at the parish office at any time. If you are unable to make a monetary gift, please keep the teens in our parish in your prayers. They aren't the Church of the future, they are the Church of TODAY. Thank you so much for your generosity!
