Young Adult Ministry

Young Adult Ministry is the outreach service of St. Benilde Parish to women and men in their twenties and thirties, married, single and divorced.

Young Adult Ministry tries to put people in contact with other people and programs that respond to their needs. There are young adults coming together to have a good time and just be social. There are people coming together in communities to celebrate life or to dialog with one another and reflect on what is important. There are young adults involved in programs of service to the more needy in our society. Young Adult Ministry is our job and our joy. What can we do for you? Can we be of help? Can we put you in contact with other very fine young adults? If there is any way we can be of assistance to you, please LET US KNOW.

We try to respond to questions like these:

• Are there people around who share my values?
• The bars are good, but is there anything else?
• How do you meet good people once you’ve moved here?
• What does it mean to be a person of faith today?
• Is there any decent worship around?
• Where can I give some of my time or talent?

Young Adult Ministry has a very simple purpose – to put adults in contact with each other and to offer some alternatives to what is experienced in our culture.
